Description
Can we change the word Owner to say Reviewer please? This is confusing as people think it means you own the theme.

Corollary: change Reporter to Developer.
Or, if we're being super-user-friendly:
- Change Reporter to Theme Developer
- Change Owner* to Theme Reviewer

Theme Developer and Theme Reviewer seem kind of redundant if you're on Theme Trac, no?

Clarity is useful. Consider that most of the developers are not in the slightest way experienced with using Trac - core, themes, or plugins. What is redundant to you and I may not be to the people for whom we need to be the most clear/user-friendly.

Awesome, thanks! But we were trying to avoid "owner" that's where the confusion was :)

It had actually changed to "Theme Revieiwer" but I've reverted this for other reasons and will look into it again soon.
We need to apply http://trac-hacks.org/changeset/13734 from upstream.

Looking at https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/2032/ and it seems like we can use Black Magic again.
In addition, change "Reporter" to "Developer" as suggested by Chipbennett
