Selective Unsync Pattern

I have an idea for a new feature called "Selective Unsync Pattern." This feature would let us create a pattern that we can reuse on different pages, but still change the text or image if we need to. Yes, we can already do it with the sync/unsync pattern, but if we need to add something like add a button in that pattern, we have to do it manually on every page. With this new feature, we could choose which parts of the pattern we want to keep the same and which parts we want to change.

This would make it easier and faster to manage reusable patterns.
