When I open the WordPress dashboard on my iPad Pro and go to the Elementor option, the left-right spacing doesn't display properly.

This trac instance (Meta Trac) is all about the wordpress.org website itself.
This looks like something that would need to be fixed in the plugin. If it's Elementor, then you could try https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/ but before you post there, make sure to check out the pinned topics - perhaps you need to report this somewhere else.
