This trac instance (Meta Trac) is all about the wordpress.org website itself.

This looks like something that would need to be fixed in the plugin. If it's Elementor, then you could try ​https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/ but before you post there, make sure to check out the pinned topics - perhaps you need to report this somewhere else.
