Can @karmatosed please be granted announce privileges for the #core-themes channel? She has been doing a ton of work on Bundled Themes tickets and running scrubs.

Thanks @jorbin. I realized that while creating a patch for this. She's also listed in core-themes already. I chatted with her, and it seems to be a case of attempting to use @here instead of /here and an assumption.
Closing out and will reopen if /here also does not work for her!

I think as a committer she should have announce privileges already based on https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk//common/includes/slack/announce/config.php#L289
