Today a New Ticket notification was triggered to #core, but the ticket was created in 2021.

@dd32 Not sure if you found the cause just yet, but his has been happening for at least a few years. The only pattern I and a few others have noticed is that it seems to happen when an attachment with a long filename is added to a ticket.

Haven't looked into it yet, but fairly sure you're right, it's when there's only an attachment added without any comment, and as pointed out, probably with longer filenames that wraps to a second line.

Yep, I figured as much :) I knew there wasn't any tickets, so here we are!

The same thing happens directly after a new ticket is submitted and attachments are added, the notifications come through multiple times.
