Description
When I look the meta posts then i show there is blank dot present without any text.

You're seeing that on this post, is that right? I don't think that's a bug, just an empty list. The post is a meeting agenda, and there just weren't any links to share in that section. It was probably left in so that the person running the meeting could ask if anyone had any news to share.
