Add admin menu to profiles.wp.org page, remove subnav login information.

Description

We currently hide the admin bar on profiles.wp.org/me.

The login/logout functionality is in the subnav for buddypress. This isn't consistent with the rest of the site.

Let's:

Display the admin menu.
Remove the login/logout information in the subnav.

Thanks for pointing that out. I don't disagree that it might take a different direction, but without a clear consensus on where it will end up, my main concern is the current inconsistency.
