Description

I noticed that the input field for entering a subscription email is missing from the subscribe area on each page of the WordPress Japanese Local Site blog. This issue prevents new users from subscribing. It is unclear when the input field disappeared, but the same issue is occurring on other localized sites as well, such as the Russian WordPress site.

This indicates that the issue may be affecting multiple language versions of the WordPress site, not just the Japanese version.
