My plugin details are not displaying on Plugin page WordPress

Hello, I have correctly formatted readme.txt file and uploaded correctly using svn
as I am doing the same from last 5 years. but this time my plugin details are not displaying on ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkout-regsiter-field-editor/ my plugin page you can see plugin details are not showing.
I have post ticket to support forums as well he ask me to create ticket here.

I have double check everything try so many solutions but I think this is related to tehnical side backend of wordpress. please help me to fix this my plugin search ranking is lost due to this. thanks.

Why do you have non ascii characters in the description?

See all the undefined characters you have there? Like Checkout Field Manager for WooCommerce (My Account, Register) – Best WooCommerce and then later ——————————————– surrounding a youtube link?

Remove these bad characters. Make the read me only text.
