Description
On the WordPress Plugin Directory submission page, I noticed an alignment issue with the "Select File" and "Upload" buttons. The buttons are not properly aligned, causing a visual inconsistency that may affect user experience.
Observe there is no space between the "Select File" and "Upload" buttons under the upload new plugin version section.
