Marking a comment as spam should "spam" the user

When moderating comments, if we mark one as spam, the user is also spam and should be marked as such.

What does this mean, exactly? Users don't have "spam" flags, and you don't need to be a user on a blog to comment on it.

  • Status new → closed

We haven't had a lot of spam issues lately. In the future, if we have more, we should add users who post spam comments to the site's comment blacklist (perhaps even network-wide).
