It appears that the link to the CC0 license page in the photo directory has changed.

​https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/public-domain/cc0/ now 301 redirects to ​https://creativecommons.org/public-domain/cc0/.

This should be updated to avoid the unnecessary redirect.

@desrosj The patch you've submitted is for the old photos theme, not the one currently active. The current theme lives on github: ​https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-photo-directory/

I can't find a link with share-your-work on the current site, can you link to where you see it?

Ah! Yes you're right. I was cleaning up some SEO related notices on my site and old image attributions that I had copied had this old style URL. It does indeed look like those links are gone. Sorry for the noise!
