Trac: Expand the Commits section by default

On Trac ticket pages, there are a few sections:

• Commits
• Attachments
• Pull Requests
• Change History
• Add Comment

Except for Commits, all of them are expanded by default, but if you want a quick overview of whether the ticket has any commits, you have to either expand the section manually (requiring an extra click) or scroll to the bottom of the ticket.

Making the Commits section expand by default would help avoid an extra click and make the UI more consistent.
