v1 v2 3 3 IMO a text will help too but the button will be more visible and more often used. Also it might be that the text should not be strictly related to the use of plugin on a website. Someone might simply want to donate and support a plugin and its development even if it is currently not used on any of the managed website/s. 4 4 5 Something like: "This plugin is offered for free by a member of our community but its development and support costs time and efforts.
