Plugin Translate Links Lead to 404 Error

When visiting a plugin page on WordPress.org, navigating to the Development tab and clicking on the Translate "PLUGIN NAME" link results in a 404 error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the WordPress.org plugin page for any plugin.
2. Click on the Development tab.
3. Click on the Translate "PLUGIN NAME" link.
4. Observe that it leads to a 404 error instead of the expected translation page.

Expected Result:
The link should direct users to the correct translation page for the plugin.

Actual Result:
The link leads to a 404 error page.

I am having the same issue with plugins I published.

The 404 errors are gone, there was a conflict with the rewrite rules on this site.
