Item per page filter section not displayed properly on Ticket Listing Page

Description
The "Max items per page" filter section is not displayed properly on the Ticket Listing page.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Meta Trac.
- Click on the View Tickets tab.
- Click on any report link (e.g., Active Tickets).
- Observe that the Max items per page filter section UI is not displayed properly. It should be aligned correctly.
Expected behavior:
The Max items per page filter section should be aligned correctly for better user experience.
Actual behavior:
The UI of the Max items per page filter section is misaligned or not displayed as expected.
