Forum website link needs to open in new window instead of same window.

Description
For the forum website link it needs to open in another tab instead if opening into the same window so everyone can able to check it properly and able to reply forum question in other tab.

No, the generally accepted behavior for a link is to open in the same window/tab. And if the user wants to open new window, they have the right to do so by middle clicking or control clicking, or one of the various other ways that you can open the link in a new window/tab. Defaulting to opening a regular link in a new window or tab is an anti-pattern.
