Description
The Plugins Team has been working on the Plugin Check Plugin(PCP), and they’re continuously refining it. The tool supports severity levels, which allows to block a plugin from being approved when the issues are not false positives.
My proposal is to add a PCP Verified badge on plugins page.
-- This will help the WordPress users to gain more trust on the plugins to install
-- Reduces the effort of Plugins review team if the developers gains this by themself verified
-- Encourage more developers to do this practice.
Adding on plugins page for the initial stage is the best option.

Later it can be included in plugins search results and plugins listing page like we currently shown for WordPress compatibility.
Later when it becomes mandate, can remove these.
