Plugin support threads show "In: Plugins" instead of "In: <Plugin Name>"

See attached.

The plugin/theme support threads show a In: <forum name> badge, which is correct, but WordPress.org has virtual "sub forums" for each plugin/theme that this should link to instead.

ie. This should read In: <Plugin Name> rather than In: Plugins
