Implement a way to link/aggregate the same tag across make P2s

Description

With the 3.8 features-as-plugins process, we have a number of groups that will be working across multiple P2s. For example, as a feature needs UI work, most of their posts will go to make/ui, but as they move into development, their posts will move to make/core.

This poses a small irritation: Where do you find the most recent post from a group?

The easiest automatic way to solve this (as opposed to manually updating pages) is to somehow allow posts to be aggregated across multiple P2s and have each team tag them appropriately. How hard would that be to setup, perhaps on the main make.wordpress.org site? Anything we can do short term to help this would be beneficial, though we might adjust the solution as we go along.

I think o2 is going to support cross-posting between blogs, and maybe global categories.

@pento: Does O2 already support this? If no, we should probably wontfix this and/or upstream the idea.
