Readying for Mardkown Importer in Test Handbook

We are 95% about to finish moving the Test Handbook and reviewing each single page, so probably this weekend we will get to an end.

In a similar fashion to #6411, I would like to see with @dd32 if we can schedule one day and coordinate this protocol.

Please ping me on Slack whenever this can be done so I can try to plan this on my agenda whenever its best for you.

Note that as per ​https://make.wordpress.org/test/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=handbook there's a number of pages that aren't in your GitHub source.
