WordPress.org forum confirmation page is 404

A new user has reported that the welcome page when creating a WordPress.org account has a 404 error. I have created a ticket on their behalf.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new WordPress.org account

Expected Result:
Welcome page shows up to welcome the user.

Actual Result:
Welcome page displays "oops that page can’t be found"

The registration process redirects back to where the user previously was, or to https://wordpress.org/support/forums it seems.

I've duplicated this, the page 404'd as soon as I registered.. but immediately loaded on a browser refresh :confused:
