The form section would benefit from a cleaner container treatment. The current heavy border makes it feel a bit tight and dated. It may work better either without the border or by keeping a much lighter border and adding more inner padding so the fields have better breathing space.

This appears no longer to show the border. I assume a Jetpack Forms update recently might have fixed that. Closing this for now.
