Hello Team,
I recently noticed an area where we could potentially improve the onboarding experience for new users. Currently, when an unregistered user or a new developer visits the https://wordpress.org/ homepage, there isn't a clearly visible option to sign up or log in.
If someone wants to create a new account to join the community, finding the registration path isn't as straightforward as it could be. My suggestion is to add direct navigation links for "Sign Up" and "Log In" prominently on the homepage to make the process completely seamless and welcoming.

This was specifically removed from the WordPress.org homepage, as the WordPress.org homepage is not contributing focused.
Sites and pages that are contributor-focused or have user-interactivity options do have an admin bar which has a prominent login/create-account link. For example, https://make.wordpress.org/
