New Profile feature: contributor summary line uses present tense on memorialized ("Remembering") profiles

Description
The new Profile design introduces a contributor summary line near the top of each profile, e.g.:
PRIMARILY a Code contributor · building WP
On profiles for contributors who have passed away — those listed on the WordPress Remembers memorial page — this line still renders in the present tense. Examples:
https://profiles.wordpress.org/zeelthakkar/
https://profiles.wordpress.org/puneetsahalot/
https://profiles.wordpress.org/kpdesign/
These profiles already display a "Remembering" label below the avatar and include an "in memoriam" note in the bio.
Against that context, a present-tense phrase like "building WP" reads as inconsistent and, for visitors who knew the contributor, can feel insensitive or jarring.
Steps to reproduce:
- Visit any profile linked from https://wordpress.org/remembers/ (e.g. https://profiles.wordpress.org/zeelthakkar/).
- Observe the contributor summary line near the top of the profile.
Recommended Change / Expected behavior:
For memorialized profiles, the summary line should either be phrased in the past tense (e.g. "PRIMARILY a Code contributor · built WP") or suppressed entirely, consistent with the existing "Remembering" treatment already applied on these profiles.
