Description
If you try to use the search function on any theme page on wordpress.org in a language other than English, you currently always get a message saying there are no results.
Examples:
https://de.wordpress.org/themes/search/Inspiro/
https://it.wordpress.org/themes/search/Inspiro/
https://fr.wordpress.org/themes/search/Inspiro/
It works on the English site: https://wordpress.org/themes/search/Inspiro/
Unfortunately, I don't know how long this problem has been around, but it's currently causing issues for many users who are looking for a theme in their language.

The English search finds themes, BUT: The search results display the total number of results incorrectly (16 instead of 6), AND the search does not prioritize “the theme title first”; instead, it searches the description as well without any prioritization (unfortunately, this has also been the case for the plugin search for quite some time).
