Description
When I try to upload subtitle with Firefox 153.0.4, I received an error message!:
"Invalid form data. Please go back and try again".
Same data on Chrome is submitting the video.
Step to reproduce:
- Visit a video page https://wordpress.tv/2026/08/18/parenting-claude-guardrails-for-ai-assisted-development/ with Firefox
- CLick on Subtitle this video
- Fill the form
- Click submit
- The error appears
