Firehose mailing-list link returns a 404 error

The “Firehose” mailing-list link under the Reference Links section on the Meta Trac homepage returns a 404 error.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/
2. Scroll to the “Reference Links” section.
3. Click the “Firehose” Mailing list of new tickets and commits link.
4. The link opens a 404 page.

Suggested fix:

Please update or remove the broken “Firehose” mailing-list link and replace it with the correct active resource, if one is available.

I have attached a screenshot showing the 404 error.

I have removed the link, as the lists have been discontinued.
