The Trac Notifications wp-meta mailing list link under the Milestones section on the Meta Trac Notifications page returns a 404 error.

Steps to reproduce:

Visit ​https://make.wordpress.org/meta/notifications/
Scroll to the bottom “Milestones” section.
Click the wp-meta mailing list link.
The link opens a 404 page.

Suggested fix:

Please update or remove the broken wp-meta mailing-list link and replace it with the correct active resource, if one is available.

I have removed the link, as the lists have been discontinued.
