Description
On the Polyglots site, there's a link in the sidebar to show only the main posts, and therefore exclude the posts requesting editor access.
However, this does not appear to be working as expected. This makes it very difficult for anyone to find meaningful posts.
Steps to reproduce
- Open https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots.
- Select either the "show the main posts" link or the "Main Posts" button from the sidebar. Both of those links go to https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/?tags=-editor-requests,-request,-clpte,-locale-requests. This will show a list of posts.
- See that posts including the tags in the exclusion list are still being displayed.
Expected result
A view of posts that does not include posts with the following tags:
- editor-requests
- request
- clpte
- locale-requests
Actual result
A view of posts, many of which include the tags we are trying to exclude.
From what I can tell, the posts will only be excluded if they contain ALL of these tags:
- editor-requests
- request
- clpte
- locale-requests
Rather than any one (or more) of them.
The same applies if we were trying to show a list of posts containing specific tags by removing the minus symbol - it will only result results that contain all of those specific tags rather than any one (or more) of them.
I'm hoping there is a way around this so that posts including any one or more of those tags can be excluded/included, rather than only posts with all of them combined.
