HTTP response problems in themesnew

The new themes directory at ​https://wordpress.org/themesnew/ has problems with deep links. For example, clicking the more info link for a theme results in a url.replace such as:

​https://wordpress.org/themesnew/zeedynamic/

The problem is that this new link returns a 404 HTTP status code, but legitimate content. The page title also indicates it's a 404 ("WordPress > Page not found > Themes Directory").

The 404 results from themes not being synced over yet. It unveiled an other short coming though: Updating the document title based on what you're viewing.

Also improves UX when closing a modal, URL and title are now agnostic of the
last index view.

Titles are updated now, the 404s will disappear once we synced over the themes.
