Search Results when no themes found, text hugs the footer

Description

When a search is done that doesn't return any results, the "no themes found.." text hugs the bottom and can easily be lost by the searcher's eye.

.no-themes doesn't have any bottom margin/padding. Adding some would be a quick fix.

.theme-browser .themes has padding: 0 0 100px which is also creating the large unnecessary space above .no-themes.

Another option might be adding 100px bottom padding to #themes instead, though I haven't tested that in all views.

In 1235:

WP.org Themes: Visual improvements for empty search results.

Gives the no-result message more room, and only applies padding to themes, if
there actually are themes to display.

Fixes #861.
