Swapping out the @ for &#64; fixed it for now. Can't very well turn off @mentions in make/core posts, though we have done it elsewhere. I suppose it might be possible to do an exclusion for SyntaxHighlighter output.

Fixed in [9817-dotorg].

The mentions feature for the make P2s no longer links phpDoc tags.
