Reviews all think they are 0 star ones in title tags

Having a quick look at the source of the review stars in the counter-container, the title of each link is set to Click to see reviews that provided a rating of 0 stars, which is a bit unfortunate for screen reader users.

It should be mentioned this is only the case when in the Reviews tab of a plugin, on the Description tab they all have the appropriate titles

It was a small bug in the support forum theme. Looks like it's been there quite a while, not new to the ratings updates.
