Description

Clicking any tag on the view theme page: ​https://db.tt/sV4ly8p0
brings you to an empty filter page. It doesn't look like those tag links work

The link for Translation ready from the view theme is ​https://wordpress.org/themes/tags/Translation%20Ready/

The actual link should be:
​https://wordpress.org/themes/tags/translation-ready/

It looks like it's using the tag title instead of the slug in the url
