Preview nagivation only works the first time

Looks like the forward/backward navigation from within the preview modal is getting hung up after navigating once in either direction. I didn't dive into the code much, but maybe there's a nonce there that isn't getting refreshed or something. See attached gif.

I can confirm that clicking the back button via the preview does load the correct details modal, as fixed in [1282] for #843.

This is in latest FF on Yosemite if you think that makes a difference.

In 1428:

WP.org Themes: Don't try to advance modal themes from the preview.

Avoids a bug where previewed themes could only be advanced once.

Fixes #901.
