Update Privacy policy with list of sites

Right now, the Privacy policy (​https://wordpress.org/about/privacy/) only applies to wordpress.org (and we just added wordcamp.org). But in reality, it should apply to all WordPress.org sites. We'd need a good list, but off the top of my head...

  • *.wordpress.org
  • *.wordpress.net
  • *.wordcamp.org
  • *.buddypress.org
  • *.bbpress.org

We'll need to incorporate this into the policy in a way that reads well.

Fixed.

WordCamp.org's footer has been updated to include a link to the policy and we'll get bbpress.org and buddypress.org updated too.
