Filter bar doesn´t work in IE11

Description

In IE 11 on desktop as well as on windows phones there is nothing to see on theme directory page. It shows 0 themes no matter what you click on.

I attached a screenshot of that.

Would be nice to have it fixed asap.

This should only happen on browse views. Investigating.
