Just want to ask a question on the theme directory latest list

I see that when themes changes/updates are approved then they no longer shown at the top of the latest list again.
Is this how it's meant to be? or is it a bug?
I hope they are meant to show in the latest list at the top when edited as it helped with getting older themes seen again :)

No, they're not. That's not latest updates, it's latest new themes.
