Upgrade to latest version of VideoPress

WordPress.tv is running an old version of VideoPress, which doesn't hide the player controls when the user is idle.

Once the new version supports subtitles, we should upgrade to it.

VideoPress is an Automattic product rather than a Meta project, so normally bugs/enhancements should be reported to them.

In this case, though, there's a new version of VideoPress available, and it does hide the chrome when the user is idle. We can't update WordPress.tv to use it yet, though, because it doesn't support subtitles.

Once it does support subtitles, we'll upgrade to it, and that will also fix this problem.

The new VideoPress player is active on WPTV now, thanks to @nickmomrik's hard work :)
