Add source code preview to the comment editor

Description

When I'm previewing a contributed code block in the comment editor, I'd like to see a preview of what it'll look like on the front end, either directly in the editor or in a new meta box.

Right now, my process is to copy out the code, paste it into my IDE for editing, then copy and paste it back into the comment editor. If I had a preview, I could cut out the IDE step for smaller changes.
