admin bar links to the wrong forum

Description
If you go to the Get Involved page you can see an admin bar. If you wave over the WordPress icon and click on forums in always takes you to the Italian forum.

It's actually the correct link because "Forum" is the site name of it.wordpress.org/forums/ which runs bbPress 2.x.
I think we should change the site name to "Italian Forums" and use a translated string "Forums" in the theme.

Site name is changed and the theme already uses "Forums" https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/pub/wporg-forums/header.php#L5.

Correction, if you wave over the My Sites and then click forums it takes you to the Italian forum.
