Use "ticket" instead of "bug report" in Core Trac ticket notes

There are four types of tickets on Core Trac:

  • defect (bug)
  • enhancement
  • feature request
  • task (blessed)

However, the note for welcoming new contributors uses a hardcoded "bug report" string:

Make sure %s receives a warm welcome. It's their first bug report!

I'd suggest just using "ticket".
