Description
A colleague of mine had her plugin approved on October 1st but didn't receive an email letting her know.
Are these emails still being sent out?

Yes they're still sent out. She has gmail. Gmail is a moron and likes to filter our auto-approvals as spam or 'social' sometimes :/
