Wrong language detected/offered on forums and download

Description
When looking at either the support forum or the download WordPress page from a Dutch computer, I am offered to switch to the German forums and download the German version. Seeing as we speak Dutch in The Netherlands, this is not very productive. Screenshots attached.

This string basically says your browser is set to accept languages in the "nl" domain (Netherlands), or in "de" (German).
If you're using Chrome, check what you have in chrome://settings/languages.
