Add Plugin Page should list queue volume

Example of what we have currently:

Currently there are 146 plugins in the review queue, 96 of which are awaiting their initial review.

Considering how we have things set up, it would be this:

• 146 == number of pending + number of draft
• 96 == number of draft

Is that doable?
