Email receipt after submitting WordCamp talk

Description

When you submit a talk to a WordCamp, it would be great to receive some kind of "receipt" in your email with your form submission data. This will help people keep track of what talks they've submitted to WordCamps, and when.

Hey Mel, sorry for the extra hassle, but the Community team wants to approve/prioritize requests before the Meta team implements them, and they don't monitor Trac.

Would you mind posting this to the p2 first?

Hi!
I recently applied to WordCamp Portland and it turns out they didn't receive my application and we realised that after they started announcing speakers and I didn't receive a rejection mail.

At WordCamp Torino we also heard from applicants that the lack of feedback after the submission is a bit confusing, so it would be great if we could do something about this.

Thanks!
