Recent posts on the make/core blog include references to Trac tickets in the form of #12345, but they're no longer auto-linking to the Trac ticket.

@pento Probably related to the changes you recently made in [12598-dotorg] or [12596-dotorg].

However, can confirm it's broken. See ​https://make.wordpress.org/core/2016/11/03/attributes-for-resource-hints-in-4-7/ and the mention of #38121 there.
