Support Theme: Not able to toggle support tickets as 'Sticky'

Description

With the new support theme there doesn't appear to be aware to mark threads as 'sticky', or to 'unstick' threads that have been previously marked as sticky.

Never occurred to me that options would appear on mouseover... thanks :)
