Hello @solo14000, the Codex is a wiki that can be edited by everyone with a wordpress.org account.

Actually, the codex is kind of deprecated because we have a new site for hook and function references. Take a look at ​https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/updated_postmeta/ for updated_postmeta.
